Banner Pro is a professional thermal hemming system that welds hems into banners without the use of thread or double sided tape. It uses a 24" wide thermal fusing element and helps you to easily create banner hems, pole pockets and pocket signs. For long hems, the BannerPro accommodates a step and repeat method and a trough to help hold the rolled up banner. Each 24" section is fused in 5-7 seconds. A typical 3'x10' banner takes only minutes to complete, and without the extra expense of banner tape or the unsightliness of thread going through your digital print.
